1) Holders of the sign "Altyn belgi" – 30%;
2) Holders of a certificate of a special sample or a diploma of technical and vocational education with honors – 30%;
3) Graduates who have successfully completed the program of technical and vocational or post–secondary education of the University - 20%;
4) Winners and prize-winners of the Republican Olympiad in specialized subjects of the educational program and the Republican competition of scientific projects in the profile of the educational program:
1st place – 30%;
2nd place – 20%;
3rd place – 20%;
5) Winners and prize-winners of the regional rounds of the Republican Olympiad in specialized subjects of the educational program and the Republican competition of scientific projects in the profile of the educational program:
1st place – 30%;
2nd place – 20%;
3rd place – 20%;
6) Persons who have scored 100 points or higher according to the results of the UNT – 30%;
7) Persons who have one of the international certificates confirming foreign language proficiency in accordance with the pan–European competencies (standards) of foreign language proficiency - 20%:
– International English Language Tests System (IELTS), threshold score - at least 6.0;
- Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Program (TOEFL ITP), at least 163 points;
- Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Program Internet-based Test (TOEFL IBT), threshold score – at least 46;
- Test of English as a Foreign Language Paper-based testing (TOEFL PBT), threshold score – at least 453;
- Test of English as a Foreign Language Paper-delivered testing (TOEFL PDT), threshold score – at least 65;
8) Persons whose one of the parents or both parents are a person with disabilities, or both parents are pensioners – 30%;
9) Persons whose one parent is a pensioner – 20%;
10) Persons who are children from single–parent families - 30%,
11) Persons from large families raising 4 or more minor children – 30%;
12) Persons from families who simultaneously study at the University on higher education programs on a paid basis of two or more family members on a paid basis – 20%;
13) Employees, children of University employees – 50%;
14) Persons with disabilities – 30%;
15) Persons left without parental care, orphans – 30%.
*The discounts specified in sub-paragraphs 1-13 are assigned once in the first academic period and are valid for the entire period of study, provided that students pass examination sessions with grades A, A-, B+, B, B- and (or) C+.
*The discounts specified in sub-paragraphs 14 and 15 are valid for the entire period of study.
*The discounts specified in sub-items 11, 12 and 13 are reviewed once a school year in order to clarify the compliance of the student's status with the criteria of the relevant sub-item. Students who do not meet the criteria of the relevant subparagraph are deprived of the discount.
*Students enrolled in higher education programs on a fee-based basis who do not have current academic debt, have scored a GPA of at least 3.2 points for the entire period of study and have successfully passed the examination session of the previous academic period (with grades A, A-, B +, B, B-) can qualify for a discount of 30%.
The discount is valid for the entire remaining period of study, provided that students pass examination sessions with grades A, A-, B+, B and (or) B-.
*According to the decision of the Board of "Astana IT University" LLP, it is allowed to assign an individual discount to a student.
